The Bohen Square is the Marseille brand’s dress watch, available in black, blue and brown dial versions and sold as a limited series of 500 pieces (Bohen’s model overview describes 100 pieces per color). Its SS316L steel case, built to aerospace standard, has a 40 mm bezel diameter, is 47.5 mm long and 9.98 mm thick including the sapphire crystal, which is double-layer coated on the inside only. The case back is transparent and screwed down, the crown is screw-down, water resistance is 120 m, and there is no date. The stamped dial has a depth effect, chrome indexes and markers, and sloped hands with Super-LumiNova grade X1. The steel band is 20 mm wide, detachable and adjustable without tools, with a double clasp buckle.
Inside is a Swiss automatic La Joux-Perret movement showing hours, minutes and seconds: 28,800 vph, 24 jewels, Incabloc, a Glucydur balance, a power reserve of about 65 hours and regulation of 4 ± 4 seconds per day in five positions. It is antimagnetic, with palladium plating, colimaçonnage, Côtes de Genève, diamantage and blue screws. Bohen lists the Square from €1,870 including VAT, with a 3-year warranty.
Owner reviews on the Dialicious community site are positive, praising the guilloché dial with the “H” logo, the screw-down crown and the comfortable steel bracelet, and one owner calls it the brand’s first watch that is not an extreme professional piece. These are owner opinions rather than independent tests. The Square is currently in production and offered on Bohen’s official store.
