Beaubleu watch brand logo

Beaubleu is an independent French watch brand founded in 2017 by designer Nicolas Ducoudert-Pham, headquartered in Paris and characterized by its signature circular hands. Inspired by Galileo’s heliocentric theories, the brand rejects traditional pointed hands in favor of rotating circles that create a poetic, ever-changing “mystery dial” effect, emphasizing a fluid interpretation of time. Their collections, such as the Vitruve and the Seconde Française, typically feature slim, architectural cases and are powered by reliable mechanical movements like those from Miyota or Slim-Miyota. Key pieces like the Vitruve Date and Vitruve Origine showcase the brand’s commitment to Parisian elegance, often incorporating textured dials and hidden crowns to maintain a clean, symmetrical aesthetic. Through these designs, Beaubleu positions itself at the intersection of classical horology and contemporary art, offering a distinctively sculptural approach to wristwear.

Chronofixe is a French watchmaking brand founded in 1857 in the village of La Rasse, historically distinguished as the only French manufacture certified to produce altimetric chronographs for aviation. The brand gained significant horological status in the 1950s as a supplier of the Type 20 flyback chronograph to the French Air Force and later expanded its catalog with the Sous-Marine skin diver in the 1960s. Following a period of dormancy, Chronofixe was recently revived with a focus on tool watches that honor its military and aeronautical heritage. Key contemporary pieces include the Type 20 pilot collection, which replicates the functional aesthetic of mid-century cockpit instruments, and the Sous-Marine diver series. The brand has also gained modern visibility through playful collaborations with artist Seconde/Seconde/, such as the limited-edition Asterix models that combine traditional mechanical watchmaking with French pop culture icons.

The brand's name is a tribute to its origins, with the H representing horology, hour, humanity, and the H-shaped urban grid of its home city, while 992 denotes the altitude of La Chaux-de-Fonds in meters. H992 focuses on contemporary design and mechanical precision, offering collections such as the H1, H2, and H3. Its flagship H1 model features a 42mm stainless steel case with integrated bracelet options, a textured dial, and a COSC-certified Sellita SW260-1 automatic movement. Georges Brunet

CEO & Owner

ZRC watch brand logo

Georges Brunet is the CEO and Owner of ZRC (Zuccolo Rochet & Cie), representing the fourth generation of company’s leadership. The company was founded in 1904 in Geneva by his great-grandfather, Joseph Rochet, and Edmond Zuccolo, and historically established its reputation as a premier manufacturer of watch straps and bracelets. After completing his studies in business and management, Georges Brunet joined the family business. Under his tenure, the company has maintained its dual identity, keeping its headquarters in Geneva while preserving strong industrial and design roots in the Annecy region of France.

The most significant milestone of his leadership occurred in 2015. While ZRC had spent decades focusing on its role as a leading supplier of metal bracelets and components, Brunet spearheaded a strategic pivot to return the company to its origins as a full-fledged watchmaker. He orchestrated the re-edition of the Grands Fonds 300, an iconic diving watch originally created by the brand in 1958. This model was notably used by the French Navy (Marine Nationale) from 1964 to 1982. This relaunch successfully repositioned ZRC within the high-end “tool watch” market.

Under Brunet’s supervision, ZRC has integrated several patented technical innovations into its timepieces, specifically designed for professional diving. The Crown Protection System™, a security feature that prevents the bracelet from being closed if the crown is not fully screwed down, ensuring water resistance and the ECS™ (Easy Clean System) allowing the interior of the rotating bezel to be rinsed with fresh water to remove salt crystals and impurities.

Today, Georges Brunet oversees the international expansion of ZRC, structuring distribution networks across Europe, Asia, and the United States. He remains committed to maintaining the brand’s status as an independent manufacture, focusing on historical legitimacy and technical performance.
