The Patek Philippe Twenty~4, launched in 1999, is a ladies’ quartz watch in a rectangular case with a stainless steel or gold bracelet. Reference 4910 is the first generation: a case of roughly 25 by 30 mm with a diamond-set bezel on some versions, a sapphire crystal and a quartz movement. I did not find official figures for each variant, so the dimensions are approximate.
The name refers to a watch meant to be worn 24 hours a day, and it was Patek’s first deliberately casual women’s collection. Its steel version, at a price below the brand’s usual gold dress watches, brought a new buyer to the brand.
Collectors see the 4910 as a stylish and widely worn ladies’ Patek, valued for its bracelet and recognisable shape. The Twenty~4 line remains in Patek’s collection, with later versions in new sizes and movements.
