The Bvlgari Octo Finissimo 37 mm in satin-polished titanium, reference 104351, is a smaller version of the brand’s ultra-thin integrated-bracelet watch. The octagonal titanium case measures 37 mm across and 6.45 mm thick. It has a screw-down titanium crown with a black ceramic insert, sapphire crystals front and back, and water resistance to 30 m. The opaline titanium dial has rhodium-plated faceted Dauphine hands, slim baton indices, Arabic numerals at 12 and 6 o’clock, and a small seconds sub-dial at about 7:30. Inside is the new manufacture calibre BVF 100, an automatic micro-rotor movement 31 mm wide and 2.35 mm thick with a platinum micro-rotor. It runs at 21,600 vph (3 Hz) and has a 72-hour power reserve. The bridges are hand-decorated with radiating Côtes de Genève, chamfering and perlage.
The Octo Finissimo Automatic first appeared in 2017 in a 40 mm case, 5.15 mm thick, with the 2.23 mm BVL 138 movement. The 37 mm model was unveiled at Watches and Wonders 2026, designed under Fabrizio Buonamassa Stigliani’s octagonal case language. Bvlgari spent three years developing the BVF 100 for the smaller case. It is 0.12 mm thicker than the BVL 138 but 20% smaller in volume, has a stronger keyless works and a larger mainspring for three days of reserve. The 37 mm comes in sandblasted titanium (104089), satin-polished titanium (104351) and 18k yellow gold (104120). Each has an integrated bracelet with a hidden push-button folding clasp and screwed links. Prices for the satin-polished titanium model are CHF 15,700, EUR 18,500 and USD 17,400 excluding tax.
Monochrome called the 37 mm Bvlgari’s biggest release of 2026, despite being the smallest Octo Finissimo. It described the move as following the current trend for smaller watches and broadening the model’s appeal, since the 40 mm version can overwhelm smaller wrists. It praised the restrained dial, the more elaborate radiating Côtes de Genève on the new movement and the longer power reserve. It also noted that the 6.45 mm case is not a record-setter and that Bvlgari itself calls it extra-thin rather than ultra-thin. Watchonista presented it as bringing the Octo Finissimo to a wider audience. As of October 2026 the reference 104351 is listed on Bvlgari’s site as a new, current model and is in production.
