The Baltic Bicompax 003 Salmon is a dressy hand-wound chronograph inspired by 1940s step-case designs. The single-piece 316L stainless steel case measures 36.5 mm in diameter, 46 mm lug to lug and 13 mm thick (10 mm without the crystal), with 20 mm between the lugs. A high-domed hesalite crystal covers a sector dial with brushed, sandy and azurage finishes and polished applied hour markers. Water resistance is 50 m (5 ATM).
The movement is the Seagull ST1901, a column-wheel manual-winding chronograph calibre with a 42-hour power reserve that times up to 30 minutes. The case back came closed, or optionally open to show the movement, and the watch was offered on an Italian calf leather strap or steel bracelets. Baltic’s archive page lists no price.
The Bicompax was one of the two watches that launched Baltic in 2017, and the brand describes it as a perfect blend of modern and classic. It was retired from the catalogue on 1 April 2025 and is no longer in production; Baltic’s archive notes the collection was sold until April 2025.
