About this watch

The Tudor Black Bay Fifty-Eight, launched at Baselworld in 2018, is a 39 mm diver inspired by the first Tudor Submariner of 1958. The reference 79030N has a stainless steel case, a domed sapphire crystal, a rotating bezel with an aluminium insert and a water resistance of 200 metres. It runs the in-house calibre MT5402, which is COSC-certified and has a power reserve of around 70 hours.

The slimmer size was a response to the larger 41 mm Black Bay, and the watch brought back the “Snowflake” hands and the vintage proportions in a modern case. It is offered on a steel bracelet, a leather strap or a fabric strap, and in black, blue and other versions.

The Black Bay Fifty-Eight was well received, and many reviewers consider it one of the best watches in its price range, with strong demand since launch. The model remains in production.
