The Patek Philippe Nautilus 5810/1G-001 is a time-only Nautilus in white gold made for the collection’s 50th anniversary. The two-part case measures 41 mm in diameter from 10 to 4 o’clock and only 6.9 mm thick, with contrasting polished and satin finishes on the case, bezel and bracelet, a screw-down crown, a sapphire crystal case back and 30 m of water resistance. The sunburst blue dial carries the Nautilus horizontal embossed pattern, with white gold applied baton hour markers and rounded baton hands coated in white luminescent material. Inside is the ultra-thin self-winding calibre 240, 27.5 mm wide and 2.53 mm high, with 152 parts, 27 jewels, a Gyromax balance and Spiromax balance spring. It beats at 21,600 vph (3 Hz) and has a minimum 48-hour power reserve. The off-centre 22k gold mini-rotor is engraved ’50 1976 – 2026′.

Patek Philippe introduced the watch at Watches and Wonders in April 2026 as part of its Nautilus anniversary releases, alongside the 38 mm platinum 5610/1P-001 and a white gold Nautilus desk clock limited to 100 pieces. The 5810/1G comes on an integrated white gold bracelet with Patek’s patented fold-over clasp and a lockable adjustment system. A sister reference, the 5810G-001, pairs the same 41 mm white gold case with a navy blue composite fabric strap and a white gold fold-over clasp. Patek lists the 5810/1G at EUR 87,700, and Time+Tide reported US prices of USD 93,774 on the bracelet and USD 75,019 on the strap.

Time+Tide titled its introduction as probably the best Nautilus readers had seen and suggested it may be the Nautilus collectors had been waiting for. It noted that anniversary models can be hit-or-miss, and it presented the trio as an effort to correct some questionable choices of the past. It treated the 30 m water resistance as part of the Nautilus’s move into luxury rather than as a flaw. As of October 2026 the 5810/1G-001 is a limited edition of 2,000 pieces, which Patek Philippe lists on its website at EUR 87,700.
