About this watch

The Oris Divers Sixty-Five 60th Anniversary Edition, ref. 01 733 7772 4034, is a vintage-style dive watch released in January 2025 for the 60th anniversary of Oris’s first diver’s watch from 1965. The multi-piece stainless steel case is 40 mm in diameter. Monochrome lists it at 12.8 mm thick and 48 mm lug to lug, and it has a 20 mm lug width, a screwed steel caseback and 10 bar (100 m) water resistance. The crystal is sapphire, domed on both sides, with anti-reflective coating inside. The rotating bezel has a black insert with a diving scale and a luminous dot at 12. Oris says the bezel is bidirectional on models made until 2025 and unidirectional from 2026. The glossy black dial has no date and carries oversized Arabic numerals at 12, 3, 6 and 9 in vintage-toned Old Radium Super-LumiNova, with matching lume on the hands. The movement is the Oris calibre 733-1, an automatic based on the Sellita SW200-1, beating at 28,800 vph (4 Hz). Oris quotes 41 hours of power reserve, and Monochrome gives 38 hours.

The watch follows the original 1965 Oris Divers and the 2015 Divers Sixty-Five made for the 50th anniversary. Compared with the 2015 model, it has a narrower bezel with an uncoated steel frame, a dot instead of a triangle at 12 o’clock, and the word WATERPROOF instead of AUTOMATIC on the dial, as on the 1965 watch. It comes on a 20 mm three-link, rivet-style steel bracelet with an extra black leather strap. The launch price was CHF 2,250. Oris now lists it at USD 2,600 in the United States.

Monochrome’s Erik Slaven called it a sequel of sorts to the 2015 model and a fitting way to mark 60 years of Oris dive watches. He would have liked the water resistance raised to 200 m, as on the new Divers Date, and a quick-release strap system. Monochrome readers liked its character and retro look. Some criticised the lack of micro-adjustment on the clasp and the unused date position on the crown, which comes from the base movement. It is not a limited edition. As of October 2026, it is in production and listed on Oris’s US site, with the bezel changed to unidirectional for 2026 models.
