About this watch

The Doxa SUB 250T GMT is a dive watch with a second-time-zone function, marking Doxa’s return to the GMT complication. Its cushion-shaped 316L stainless steel case measures 40 mm in diameter and 10.85 mm in thickness, with 18 mm lugs, a screw-down crown and water resistance to 250 m (25 bar). The unidirectional bezel carries Doxa’s no-decompression dive scales in metres and feet. The dial has large luminous hour markers, a date window at three o’clock and a printed 24-hour scale used by a skeletonised GMT hand. It is covered by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating. The movement is a Swiss automatic calibre based on the Sellita SW330-2, running at 4 Hz (28,800 vph) with a 50-hour power reserve.

Doxa launched the SUB 250T GMT at the end of March 2025. The collection covers 18 references across nine colour versions named after Doxa’s historic dial colours: Professional (orange), Sharkhunter (black), Sharkhunter Vintage, Searambler (silver), Caribbean (blue), Divingstar (yellow), Aquamarine, Whitepearl and Sea Emerald. Each version comes either on Doxa’s stainless steel beads-of-rice bracelet or on a colour-matched FKM rubber strap, both with a folding clasp and diving-suit extension. This page uses the Professional on bracelet, reference 855.10.351.10, as the main reference; the rubber-strap version is 855.10.351.21. Launch prices were USD 2,490 on the bracelet and USD 2,450 on rubber (CHF 2,399 and CHF 2,350). Doxa’s US store now lists USD 2,790 on the bracelet and USD 2,750 on rubber.

Reception has been broadly positive, framed around value. Time and Watches praised the compact size, ergonomic case and legibility, and noted that the GMT function adds travel utility without weakening the watch’s diving credentials, while the wide choice of colours suits divers, frequent flyers and everyday wearers. The review raised no specific drawbacks. Other coverage, such as Vivir, described it as a characterful dive GMT without the premium of larger brands, while pointing out that the movement is not in-house or chronometer-certified and that the bracelet and clasp feel utilitarian for the price. As of October 2026 the SUB 250T GMT is in Doxa’s regular catalogue and in production in all nine versions.
